1. Overview

At Vitarinsing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through our website vitarinsing.ddd.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU / Netherlands)

If you are a consumer in the European Union (including the Netherlands), you have a statutory right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) of 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and applicable national implementation.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (for example, email or letter) before the 14-day period has expired. You may use the contact details at the bottom of this page. Meeting the withdrawal deadline is sufficient if you send your communication before that period expires.

Hygiene and sealed goods: For sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, the right of withdrawal may lapse once the seal is broken, in line with applicable EU exceptions (Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive). This typically applies to opened dietary supplements.

Voluntary extended return period: Where we offer a longer return window (for example, 30 days for unopened products), this does not shorten your statutory 14-day withdrawal right where the goods remain sealed and eligible for return under law.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Important: For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened dietary supplement products.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken or missing safety seals
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us at message@vitarinsing.world with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  • Step 3: Package the product securely in its original packaging
  • Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided in the return authorization
  • Step 5: Provide us with the tracking number for the return shipment

Please do not send products back without first contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal (within 14 days for EU consumers), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over €50, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (where applicable by law, using the least expensive standard delivery method offered), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, or from the day we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier, in line with EU consumer rules.

If approved under our commercial return conditions, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Refund Amount

We will refund the full purchase price of the returned product(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you received free shipping on your original order due to a minimum purchase requirement, and your return brings the order total below that threshold, we may deduct the standard shipping cost from your refund.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

11. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once an order has been shipped, you must follow the return process outlined above.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The return policy applicable to your order is the one in effect at the time of your purchase.
